Self-Employed Professional / Businessman

  • Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in UK.
  • Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in UK.
  • Income tax returns for the past two to three years to demonstrate your financial stability.
  • Proof of business ownership such as business registration documents and business letter head etc
  • Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with Chamber of Commerce.
  • Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

Employed

  • Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in UK.
  • Last 3 months’ salary slips
  • Personal Income Tax Returns for last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate

Police Clearance

You must provide a police clearance certificate from your home country to confirm you have no prior criminal record and do not pose a threat to German society.
In some cases, police clearances from countries where you have lived for over six months may also be required.
